Manchester United take on Southampton this afternoon with the hope of making up some ground on the teams above us. Always being a game behind everyone else, we don’t have a true picture of our place in the table, but with an earlier kick-off today we will see where we rank ahead of some of the big games this afternoon.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has finally given Donny Van de Beek a Premier League start following his impressive display in the Champions League earlier this week. Mason Greenwood returns to the starting line-up for a league game too, after some off field troubles.

De Gea, Wan-Bissaka, Lindelöf, Maguire, Telles, Matic, Fred, Van de Beek, Greenwood, Rashford.
Subs: Henderson, Fosu-Mensah, Tuanzebe, Williams, James, Mata, Cavani.

Southampton: McCarthy, Walker-Peters, Bednarek, Vestergaard, Bertrand, Armstrong, Ward-Prowse, Romeu, Djenepo, Adams, Walcott.
