Borussia Dortmund’s manager, Thomas Tuchel, has revealed that Adnan Januzaj’s failed loan spell was due to the player being unable to fully commit to his new team, being too pre-occupied with his experience of Manchester United.
A part of him was always still in Manchester and we just couldn’t help him cut this umbilical cord. He didn’t wholly embrace Borussia. He always compared everything with how it had been at United.
