All applications for the League Cup final are now in, the deadline falling yesterday, and now the referee has been decided upon. Merseyside man, Chris Foy, will be taking charge of the final between United and Spurs.
The man who has recently sent off a few of our opponents, Stoke’s Andy Wilkinson and Blackburn’s David Dunn, has not been allowed to referee Everton matches for six seasons after declaring his team of choice.
