Darren Fletcher, who will miss out on the Champions League final in Rome thanks to a dreadful decision to send him off at Arsenal, has thoroughly enjoyed our last home game of the season today.

Fletcher earned his 200th appearance for the club this season, in which was certainly his best year with the club. The fans are well and truly won over and there is no denying what a great impact his performances have had on the success of the team this year.

Despite this being his third Premiership title with the club, Fletcher has today claimed that he is not complacent with the success.

“It’s unbelievable,” said Fletcher. “You don’t get used to it. Winning a trophy is a special thing. To do it at home is more special thing, nice to win it here.”
