Following Manchester City’s ninth defeat of the season, their fans kicked off, throwing missiles at the away end. After booing and jeering their own team off the pitch, tempers flared between both sets of supporters, with police having to get in between them and fight them off.
Slapped wrists from the FA I imagine (no doubt United would have been playing with closed doors at Old Trafford for the rest of the season if it was us!), but it’s good to see the old bluenoses showing themselves up again.
This comes just two days after a City season ticket holder of ten years was given a ban from football for chanting “Fuck United!” repeatedly at Piccadilly station in September.
We’re half way through the season and The Richest Club in the World are three points off the relegation zone. Don’t worry though, they’ll get their top four finish come May! Super City!
Don’t forget, there is just one day more of free shipping at MancuniaMerchandise.com – if you’re stuck finding Christmas presents for any reds you know!
