After throwing away a 2-1 lead at Anfield last night, eventually drawing 4-4 with Arsenal, Rafael Benitez has conceded we are in pole position for the title.
Their result last night put them top of the league but United have the potential to go six points clear if we win our games in hand.
“United are in the driving seat and we will see what happens,” he said. “If they win it will be more difficult but the have to win and they also have to play against Arsenal so we will see. We have a point against a good team and we are top. We have to keep pushing until the last game. It’s football, you never know.”
