Good Post. In fact most of your posts favour an intellectual theme and yet are full of common sense.
You strike me as the kind of person that would understand the word 'prosaic' without needing to google it like me & Cedars!!!

Joking apart - I doubt there has been a greater exponent of the 'first touch' of a ball since King Eric left before Berbs walked in.
He even finsihed last night with a sweat on him - not sure King Eric ever did that though!

Wonder what would the ABU's and rival fans had to say had we been losing when the board signalled 10 added minutes

Obviously we must have run out of brown envelopes when down at the Bridge last season and at home to the Chavs in April?

I love it!
I almost wish that our 3rd goal last night was physically punched in the net by Berbs who only minutes early got Adam sent off for calling him a bin dipping bastard and taking a dive when a swinging fist clearly missed him then was caught slipping a tenner into the refs pocket when only getting a verbal warning - that would warm up the conspiracy theory!

Dijev - Thats the one I remember against Roma! Amazing goal. Berbatov can look lazy at times but that was just his style. In fact I'd go as far to say he has completely changed his game in recent months. His movement is exceptional and finally he has the confidence to run at players like he did last night. He genuinely seems like a nice guy too...... not that Tottenham fans would agree.

My family gave Berbatov alot of stick when he wasn't scoring but we always knew Fergie knew what he was doing so we were kind of waiting for his form to explode!

I am so happy for Dimi, the patience and effort is clearly startting to pay off. I hope he continues this run of form!

lol thanks mate, but come on, everyone knows prosaic is an anti-depressant.
His kicking the ball high in the air and catching it with his foot, as a youngster, paid off. I wonder if the others are giving it a try. Some great receiving of the ball from a few players over the last 2 games.

Berbatov only had a medicine ball to play and practice with as a youngster.
He considers this to have given him the silky touch we know and love.

CedarsDevil: I got into work this morning and no one was surprised we pulled it off. Gooners, scousers even the Chelsea mug wasn't surprised. They all agreed that we had an extra ten minutes Fergie time to pull it back at the end anyway.

Im still buzzing from the game, what a comeback. I like the Blackpool manager aswell and credit goes to his tactics despite the loss. If Blackpool don't stay up it'll be travesty, they deserve their place over the scum anyday!

Anti Depressant!!!! Quality - LOL

Just a shame Nani never tried taking a corner as a youngster. Perhaps in portugal he only ever got to play on cricket pitches.

Perhaps in a strange way Nani has helped Berbs with his control
"oh shit, its Nani crossing, I had better stick my leg out nowhere near my body and hope the bloody thing sticks!"

Im glad the scottish bas'ta has been sacked. He used to hammer Ronaldo in his commentary. I used to wonder if we were watching the games sometimes. You can't be bias when commentating, we used to scream at him to shutup. I remember watching a game on the telly once and having to actually switch to the awful fan commentry as not to listen to Andy!

However....... I will miss the way players 'fizz' the ball into boxes and we'll never get to see him undress Stevie cunting Gerrard with his words again!

Must share this one lads....

Watching a show about last night's game and this idiot gooner calls in claiming that refs are scared of SAF and hence why we always get the decisions... I say idiot because he was asking where on earth the 10 minutes came from!!! Guess he did not notice that we WERE winning by then

dim wit

in fairness to the referee, just as the incident occured in the penalty box a gust of wind blew his United scarf across his face - he simply didnt see it, so he cant give it. End of!

I thought it wasn't a penalty. Or maybe its me with my United-tinted glasses again. I really don't think so though.

Oh and that was arguably Vida's worst 45 mins so far. But i'd allow him that.

I muted the commentary and half-time talk. I couldn't stand it, is it me or is the whole ABUism gone up a million notches up. Cos the deep disappointment was so evident in all of the commentators voice. And did anybody see Andy Townsend go " TEN OUT OF TEN STONEWALL PENALTY" so peeved like a jilted lover. I bet he went home crying.

Yeah I got you mate - was just adding my own thoughts to the growing conspiracy theory all the ABU's will be spouting.

Have to say, in all fairness I didnt see the penalty incident myself as at that exact moment I was distracted by a rather fetching "United till I die" tattoo on the neck of the passing linesman

Keys goes on to say at the headquarters of the Sith aka talksport:

"I read Rio's tweet - are you saying that at Manchester United they don't talk like that. My sources say they do".

Good riddance motherfucker - are you then saying that only - Manchester may say things and beloved Chelsea and Arsenal and Spurs and Liverpool and City and whoever else don't?

Prove it bitch - I would love to see the conduct of a United player fall to that level in front of Sir Alex Ferguson in front of a woman - go ahead Keys make my day bitch

Our 'friend' Andy Townsend was the most adamant that it was mate, so much so that he asked (whilst fuming ' How many more decisions will keep going United's way'

Class A cunt of the highest order, non of the other ABU's can touch him

Magic touch as ever from Berba and as mentioned above, check out Giggs and Hernandez on the 2nd goal - both sublime touch and control.

The way they can cushion the ball regardless of angle of delivery or speed is sensational.

fergie is the boss January 26, 2011
Costas - that is why fergie has a big dilemma it is a rock and a hard-place start chico who is better has a sub, or rooney who is not effective has a starter or a sub at the moment, he is just playing awful. And the terrifying part of it all is? some united fans would even say we wish we had tevez not rooney, that is how far rooney's stock has fallen with the fans and his form. When chico has started he has not really got many goals, has a sub he cant stop scoring so what does the boss do. the fa cup has become a fun relaxing competition to enjoy matches because of the pressure cooker of the premiership and overtaking liverpools ancient 18 league titles.

Agreed, great moment in the match for me...... Long ball by VDS, superb control by Giggs and an even better ball over the top for Hernandez... from then excellent first touch and finish....

That is what we are all about......... BUT no let's talk about the penalty incident instead!

fergie is the boss January 26, 2011
MG - still there is a worry that fergie will leave berbatov out of some of our big games. That is the downfall of berbatov, he is our top scorer but he is not tactically flexible enough to play different formations accept for 442. when we played nani rooney berbatov is a 433 it never really did gell like when ronaldo rooney tevez were in a 433 system
