After Robin van Persie had been fouled and the whistle had been blown, Ashley Williams intentionally kicked the ball as hard as he could at our strikers head. He was booked, as was Van Persie for his reaction.
Following the game, Ferguson said it was one of the most dangerous things he’d seen on a football pitch, that Van Persie could have been killed and that Williams should be banned for a long time.
