Whilst rumours sometimes circulate that Paul Scholes will move to his boyhood club, Oldham, before retiring from the game, Ryan Giggs has today revealed that once he finishes playing for United, he will finish playing football.

“It is a case of seeing how I feel at the end of each season,” Giggs said. “I’ll have to ask myself if I am still enjoying it and motivated to come in to training each day. When I finish with United, that’s it. I won’t play for another club.”
