I was sad to hear that too. The league is so weak this year (at least in the top, everyone has just taken a step back), but we're just a couple players short of cruising to this title. How we could have done with a van der Vaart, we would have been many points clear by now.

Fergie's statement about not signing anyone didn't surprise me to be honest. He feels the squad is big enough. I just wish that we saw that on the field, particulary when it came to our strikers...

Colbert - Lindegaard's registration won't be completed until 4th Jan as Monday is a bank holiday. Therefore, he will be officially be a United player on Tuesday 4th Jan.

It may be a do or die game for kuschack. i would have loved to see amos ahead of Pig.Its not like i hate thomas but amos looked great against valencia.Could have been given a chance to play.

Neville has got to come off at half time. Top guy, used to be fantastic footballer, but hasn't got anything like the pace he needs to have. Very lucky to still be on the pitch.
