Before breaking his rib, Ander Herrera looked like one of the most impressive players in the squad, seamlessly settling in to the Manchester United team.
However, he has had just 45 minutes on the pitch since the injury in a poor performance against West Brom. He has since played for the Reserves and is looking forward to proving his worth in the first team again.
It was an untimely injury because I felt good and confident. Now I want to be ready when the boss says he wants me to play and I am ready. Of course I want to play as does every player, but I am at Manchester United where there are a lot of good players. I am a lucky guy to be here and I have to see these moments as a challenge for me.
