Damn...... I'm so jealous of Gary rite now. If i have a gf, i'll give it up for Gary's... Hehe. Alrite so we are back on track. Scared the shit of every1 in the bar after the goal went in. My friend accidentally elbowed my face when celebrating, bent my glasses. But it was fucking worth it. I bet some glory hunters hd given up the title hope towards the end of the game. Some words for all the gloy hunters, jz stop watching United play from now onwards

Somewhere in Milan rite now:

Beckham: Nooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Scholessssssss!!!!!!!!!!

Glad to see Gary move on after Beckham... lol

@redscot

Well, at least we can say that we pushed the rent boys all the way and that we didn't hand them the title. But hopefully, they will drop more points at some stage.

Joe Hart is a good keeper, but I haven't ever considered him for us. He has earned plenty of praise in recent weeks though. Personally, I am still hoping that we might sign Buffon at some point.

@huzi

It always comes down to us and Brucie in recent years doesn't it? 2 years ago the rent boys were indireclty questioning whether Wigan would have a go at us on the final day. Expect more of the same before the Sunderland game.

@ Costas, agreed dont throw in the towel,I always pictured the Scum beating Chelsea at Analfield, I fear not being a negative cunt, they may well now looking at the remaining fixtures, throw that game to stop our mission,and retain equal league titles, nothing would surprise me with the Scum.
Aye Joe is getting fine praise indeed and richly merited, I would invest in him,mark my words mate, the English goalkeeping situation in the World cup, is gonna be there achilles heel.
You suggest Buffon, cant disagree, just the age thing, and those polo neck sweaters he wears, huge disadvantage lol.
Anyways its all in the pot(not weed) for anyone thinking I am drugged up, just fabulously excited.
Laterz Costas, enjoy your day, along with all the Reds on ROM, and around the World.Keep the faith Lads/ Lassies.
Believe.

I'd suggest pulling this entire post and starting again with the Scholes article. Some of these comments do the site no favours.

I log on for a quick review on a Sunday morning, with the screen in view of my children and it's wall to wall racism, excessive profanity and threats of violence.

Perhaps it's time for some form of moderation? I love the site, but the quality of (a growing number) responses really let the place down....

I agree with you.Something about the internet brings out the worst out in people.

But I'm not sure moderation will help. You should just hope people will have more sense in them.

Piers Morgan predictions for this season :

1.United won't finish in the top 2.

2.Torres will finish as top goalscorer.

3.And Portsmouth will be fine because he knew their first of many owners this season personally- Sulaiman something.

Granted this season has been to predict but he takes the cake.

This is how good it feels to ram a fat one up the bitter berties. Hope Spurs take that fourth spot just to rub it in. 200 million quid, a greedy Argie and nothing to show for it. Haha!

What a day. Cannot comment at home as my line is down. Fucking belting finish. We win, Chelsea lose and the media darlings Barca draw as they played a team that actually tried. Don't like it up em do they. Rolling and diving about. Anyway enough of the Spanish what a fucking result. Hopefully those who have no faith can think different now. We never give up. All those worrying if the scousers will beat rentboys fuck that Stoke will get summat and possibly Wigan fighting for their lives. They looked fucked yesterday not helped by watching our late late winner. The tide turned yesterday and now momentum is on our side. Great celebrations at the end. Fucking love this club. Scholes, Evans and Vidic were immense yesterday and Fletch covered his usual ground. I believe in fate and karma and karma bit Terry on the fucking arse yesterday. I hear the cunts at talkshite are licking our arses now. How Fergie always gets it right and how we have the right blend and the belief. Well at least this stops the balance is shifting in Manchester nonsense for another few months. They were pathetic yesterday and were playing afor a draw. Just wish I was at that game yesterday.

Rumours that Tevez will be off to Madrid aplenty this morning. They will be back to square one. They will never be dominant. Also Fergie saying he ain't ready to retire yet!!!

What a fucking weekend!!

Costas - hello mate. What a twat Morgan is. Not even worth reading, he is a buffon of epic proportions. Had to leave the room last night as my wife wanted to watch "britains got talent" and he is one of the judges. He knows nowt about football and perhaps he should concentrate on Arsenals continued failings. Cunt

He is on that show as a judge? That's all I need to know about him. I still don't know if yesterday as enough to lead us to the title, but the best thing about it was that City were waiting to put an end to our title hopes and instead they are starting to panic about 4th spot. So the response of United yesterday, if anything, proved that the empire is far from fallen.

Just think about the goal. The ball went from the future of United(Obertan), to the present(Evra) to the past(Scholes). So yeah, we probably have the right blend!

how amazing is it that having faith pays off so amazingly

believe is more than just something you write at the end of a comment to pass your self off as a believer

united could well be top the next time Chelsea play and the pressure was on them yesterday and we seen what happened

good morning king Eric always great to start the morning reading that

Piers Morgan, real name Piers Stefan Pughe-Morgan, universally known as Piers Moron, is a privately educated, know-nothing, ego-driven and talentless hack whose sole expertise is: celebrities! From whom he derives a parasitic half-life in B-list (or lower) media - the tabloids, and itv.

Recruited, allegedly, by the cancerous Rupert Murdoch to The Scum, he worked on the celebrity Bizarre column (!!), before moving to the News Of The Screws and the Daily Mirror - where he was found guilty of breaching the journalist code of ethics (how low do you have to scoop to achieve that? Answer: have your own journalists boost shares you have just bought!).

A lifelong cricket fan he actually knows nothing about football (he claims to be a gooner!); like any of his beliefs this is just an affectation; an attempt to ingratiate himself with and to fool his audience;
IGNORE ANYTHING THIS MORON HAS TO SAY; IT'S ALL, LIKE HIS LIFE: JUST A WIND UP

6 starters from our youth system as well yesterday, and that's without Brown or O'Shea.
Notice there isn't a word about that in the media, pretty certain if Wenger did that they'd be wanking themselves silly over it.
The whole side cost less than 60 million, half of that was on Rooney, wonder if the FSW still insists he can't compete with our vast spending power?

@dazjoe I looked at the same working out on average our side was just under £6m each. Long may it continue with players like Cleverley to come through.
Is anyone else hating that we actually want the Dippers to win a game (in my case 2 games as I want West Ham relegated and my mate supports them)? I guess in this instance it is the lesser of 2 evils!

OMG What a picture!

Lads had a very busy yesterday and didnt get one!.... Although most will be celebrating yesterday what i saw did scare the pants off me
Although it was nice getting the bragging rights!

Lets face facts

The Current City Team are very close to the standard of our team.
If city get into the Champions league then they will then be able to attract the Top Caliber players who will only move to clubs playing in the champions league!
WE can not compete financialy with City.
We have more tradition at our club but players want to win things and earn money and if city continue we might loose out on some players to them!

Add to the above we will be loosing fergie as manager in a few years time as the big man cant go on for ever. That will be a transitional peroid in itself and i am shitting myself that whilst we adapt city overpower!

Maybe im worried about nothing i dont know. The extra competition will go along way to making it more intersting!

Hi mate hope all is well!.

It was a corker of a match yesterda. performance wise i thought it had a 0-0 draw written all over it.

Scholes did what berbatov should have done. Berbatov for me always seems to get close but time and time again close just doenst cut it with me! Every now and then he has to burry one of them!

Im glad scholes pulled this out of the bag! Early on in our season when we underperformed as a team loads of fans jumped on scholes... Just cause he was an easy target cause of his age blah blah blah..

Lets face it he is never going to be the player that he was, like Giggs they both have to adapt.

Manchester United is my RELIGION!!

@ GHTT

Not many people on here have shown much faith recently mate!! but it shows that the one word every Utd fan should always remember is 'BELIEVE'

@ King Eric

Alright mate, its good to see all the regulars back but a shame there is still a couple of dimwits posting. Couldnt agree more about this weekend mate, its been brilliant and great weather here in Manchester too, so some proper celebrating was done in the beer garden!!

COME ON UTD!!

Lets be clear on one thing regarding faith in the team. I don't think that many of us had doubts that we could win at Shity. We've outplayed them in all 3 matches and we wouldn't put in another toothless performance like we did at Blackburn.

But, having faith in winning the title is something entirely different. I said it last week, but I can't have faith in Spurs, Liverpool, or much less, Stoke and Wigan. I believe and I am hopeful that United can win all 3 games. Other than that, I can't believe in the title yet simply because the title isn't in our hands.

To many fans have been on here in recent weeks and said shite like its time for Fergie to go and we need this player and this player should be sold, basically giving up on the league, now Im not saying we have won it but until it isnt possible to win it you shouldnt give up. Thank fuck the lads and SAF dont give up as easy as some of the fans posting on here have over the last few weeks. Thats all im saying mate.

@Gee

Oh yeah, that I agree with. There was a lot of critisism directed towards Fergie and even more, towards our players. The latter one made me want to stay away for a few days. It had nothing to do with having bad results. Some players were mocked simply because they weren't popular among certain fans.

On the other hand, if we win this title(fingers crossed!) I don't want us start saying "This guy or that guy didn't have faith in United winning the league". After the Chelsea result I didn't either. And I got critisized for it, but my line of thinking was the same as now. It's not in our hands. I will support the dippers Wigan and Stoke, but I can't believe in them.

@GHTT

Haha, no need to go that far! Hopefully it won't go until the 86th minute. The Wigan game in 2008 and the Arsenal game in 2009 is the main reason why I have more grey hair than black nowdays...

I dont believe that chelsea can win there last three games, I think that they will draw one of them games & we will be 19 times champions.
I never thought in all of my life that I would come out with a comment like the next one...............................I hope liverpool finish the season in style!!!..................there I have said it.
one more thing........................BELIEVE.FUCKING BELIEVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Spanish media already trying to engineer a move for Rooney to the fascists.
But I bet this will happen all summer long while Fatty Blatter and Platini watch on and do nothin about it.
I see that Ronnie has said he doesn't think Rooney will want to join franco and the fascists.Too many individuals don't make a team eh Ronnie? You left the best club in the world to join the fascists son. A dream come true. I see you're also saying anythin is possible when talking about Capelloa being manager. Piers Morgan is staggeringly clueless about football. Just why does he write such utter garbage. Does he expect anyone to take him seriously? Before the season started he tipped the dippers for the title, with Torres being top scorer in the League. What a moron. And he is a sports journalist. A sport journalist, FFS.

I don't think we have to worry about Arsenal as long as we win all our remaining games. Arsenal beating City will mean Liverpool will have something to play for against Chelsea. I seriously hope they won't lie down and let Chelsea come at them. The next few weeks will be certainly exciting.

Well, seeing as United won a big game after I made a pessimistic prediction, I think I know what works for me, as well as United. ;)

Ronaldo has made good noises in the last few days. I posted an interview above where he said that we don't miss him and that we didn't deserve to go out of the Ch.League. It's a pity that he is going through all kinds if shit he didn't have to go through over here. The Capello thing is just one of them.
