Andres Iniesta, who at the weekend added a World Cup winners medal to his already impressive collection, has today revealed that he would love to play at Old Trafford… sadly, in his Barcelona colours though.

“It’s a league I love to watch, but I never have any intention of leaving Barcelona,” said Iniesta. “It’s a dream of mine to play at Old Trafford – but as a Barcelona player and nothing else. I hope I stay for my whole career.”

Iniesta was missing for both legs of the European Cup semi-final in 2008, although it has to be said, we should take it as a compliment that someone who plays at the Nou Camp every other week wants to play at our place!
