Tyrell Malacia made his first appearance for Manchester United on Tuesday as we beat Liverpool 4-0 in a pre-season game in Bangkok.
The left-back game on in the second half, to play in muggy conditions, but in an interview with MUTV revealed he was delighted to get the first minutes as a United player under his belt.
I’m very happy. It feels amazing to be here, to wear this shirt and play with these people. It was difficult because of the weather, it’s very hot, but we made it.
It’s a dream for me to play there [the Premier League] and now I’m here. [I hope to add] some good defensive [work], hope to get some assists and get some energy to the team.
