Manchester United’s home game against Liverpool was the first of hopefully more ‘Old Shirt Days’ for our fans. The aim is to raise the awareness to the idea of boycotting the new shirts brought out by the Glazers and instead wear shirts from days gone by.
We had lots of entries and it was great to see some of the old shrits people still have lying around. Here were some of our favourites:
We couldn’t resist that cute grin of Emily’s, so an old shirt will be in the post to her. But the winner is Ivan Teoh and mates from Melbourne, Australia, for the impressive array of old shirts, as well as a crying Liverpool fan. A shirt from the Treble winning season is on its way.
