Following reports that Marouane Fellaini is set to move to Galatasaray, it’s no surprise that Nemanja Matic’s move to Manchester United has drawn closer today.
While the move has yet to be confirmed, an image appeared on social media showing Matic in the club’s training gear.
Some fans may not be overawed by signing Matic, a player whose best years are behind him and will cost £40m, but he is a player that Jose Mourinho knows well. If the manager believes Matic can do a job at United, the supporters should get behind it.
Matic apparently underwent a medical at Carrington this morning and his signing should be announced soon.
