Former Manchester United number 7’s, David Beckham and Cristiano Ronaldo, went crashing out of Europe last night whilst we progress to the quarters following our 7-2 aggregate win over AC Milan, the second best team in Italy.
Ronaldo and Real Madrid were knocked out by Lyon, who are currently 4th in in the French league. The defeat will be doubly painful for them because the final will be staged at their ground, the Bernabeu.
