MCFC got themselves involved in a mud-slinging battle with football fans when they paid thousands of pounds in an attempt to wind us reds up. For me, it’s totally bizarre that a football club would lower themselves to such petty behaviour. Had a City fan got out the sky blue paint and had a go at this, it would probably bring about a wry smile, but fancy a football club sanctioning such a thing! Is it any wonder we poke fun at their MASSIVE status?
