After weeks and weeks of speculation, it appears as though Friday marked the day of a conclusion of Paul Pogba’s transfer from Juventus to Manchester United.
While the clubs have been in agreement for some time, but United were unprepared to pay what agent Mino Raiola was asking for his fees. At one stage, reports claimed he wanted as much as £20m for negotiating the deal.
It appears as though a conclusion has been reached though, where United will pay £92.6m to Juve, making Pogba the most expensive player of all time, and £8.4m to Raiola. Pogba is set to £290k per week over 5 years.
While everything should be signed off today, reports in Italy claim the transfer won’t be made official until tomorrow.
