Paul Pogba has enjoyed the best season of his career statistically in 2018-19 but Manchester United won nothing and finished sixth.

Having spent three years at the club, the French midfielder has told media in Tokyo that now might be a good time for him to leave the club and challenge himself elsewhere.

I’ve been here for three years in Manchester and have been doing great. There’s some good moments and some bad moments, like everybody. Like everywhere else. After this season and everything that happened this season, with my season being my best season as well, I think for me it could be a good time to have a new challenge somewhere else. I’m thinking of this, to have a new challenge somewhere else.

Both Real Madrid and Juventus have been linked with a move for Pogba but reports in England still suggest that United expect him to still be at the club next season.

Pogba has been in China this week for an Adidas event.
