The 27-year-old Moroccan international footballer Sofyan Amrabat joined English Premier League side Manchester United on loan from Italian Serie A side Fiorentina on September 1st, 2023.
Since joining the Red Devils, he has played three games. However, in this first game against Burnley, he only came on in the 89th minute. The question being asked here is, should the Amrabat deal be made permanent? Let’s take a closer look and find out.
Will Amrabat make a permanent switch to Manchester United?
According to reports, Manchester United paid around £8.5 million for the loanee on the deadline day of the summer transfer window. The deal will see him stay at the club until the end of the current 2023/24 campaign.
It’s hard to say whether or not the deal will become a permanent one. From what the fans have seen of him so far, they are impressed. However, Amrabat remains reluctant to speculate whether he will stay or go at the end of the loan spell.
