Manchester United take on Chelsea this evening in the FA Cup semi knowing Arsenal are waiting for the winners in the final, having beaten Manchester City 2-0 yesterday.

United will go in to the game feeling confident, having beaten Frank Lampard’s team three times already this season, but of course results in games gone by will count for little on Sunday night.

Chelsea have had an extra two days to recover and prepare for this game, having played Norwich on Tuesday night, while we faced Crystal Palace on Thursday.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has had to weigh up the importance of this game in context of our aspirations to finish in the top four. We play West Ham in three days who are more or less safe from relegation but that won’t stop David Moyes being desperate to get one over on his former club.

At the time the teams were announced, Leicester were trailing 3-0 to Tottenham Hotspur, putting United level with Brendan Rodgers’ team on points and goal difference.

De Gea, Wan-Bissaka, Lindelof, Bailly, Maguire, Williams, Matic, Fred, Fernandes, James, Rashford.
Subs: Romero, Fosu-Mensah, Pereira, Mata, McTominay, Pogba, Greenwood, Ighalo, Martial.
