At the start of last season, 30,000 United fans had given up their season ticket over the space of 4 years. At the start of the season, it will be something like 50,000. The waiting list has long since disappeared which was confirmed by the 4,000 season tickets which went on general sale a few weeks ago.

Looking at last season though, using stats from the official Premier League website, it doesn’t look as though the Glazers are feeling the hit of the protest, with our ground on average 99% full over the course of 38 games last season.

Arsenal, Spurs and Stoke were also full on average 99% of the time whilst the champions were full on average 98% of the time. City were 7th in the attendance league whilst Liverpool, the best fans in the country, were 10th.

Wigan had the worst attendance last season, with their ground full just an average of 72% of the time.
