Warren Joyce has confirmed that Michael Keane will be loaned out to the Championship this season whilst Ryan Tunnicliffe might stay at the club for any opportunities in the first team, presumably in the League Cup.
“There’s bound to be interest from the Championship as they both did well last year,” Joyce said. “The reserves won everything and Keane won the player of the year. For sure he will go out on loan but Tunnicliffe may well be around the first team.”
There were high hopes for Michael’s brother, Will, this year, although he is set to miss most of the season after tearing his cruciate ligament whilst on International duty with England U-19s.
