Manchester United have today announced that a deal has been agreed with Ajax for the transfer of Antony. The Brazilian winger is set to join the club for £80.75m, with a potential further £4.25m in add ons.
Footage was leaked to social media of Antony arriving at Carrington’s training ground yesterday afternoon. His contract is until June 2027 with the option to extend until June 2028.
With the player not training at Ajax over the last week and missing their games, it is unlikely that, even if international clearance is given in time, that Antony will play against Leicester on Thursday.
