Belgian newspaper, HLN, has claimed that 16-year-old Indy Boonen has joined United on a three-year contract.
“It’s like in a dream,” said Boonen. “The training sessions are hard but I don’t feel the tiredness when I realise I have signed for Manchester United.”
The midfielder played for Genk but impressed coaches at United when he was invited for a trial after being scouted in a friendly in 2013.
