Jamie Vardy picked up a second yellow card in Leicester’s 2-2 draw against West Ham at the weekend for diving in the penalty area. Of course, his cheating nature came as no surprise to United fans, who were the victim of his diving last season. On that occasion, Vardy was awarded a penalty after diving when Rafael Da Silva was in breathing distance of him.
Vardy was set to miss just one game, returning for the match at Old Trafford against United, although today has been charged with improper conduct. He apparently called referee Jon Moss a “f*cking c*nt’ for sending him off for diving.
This should mean that Vardy gets at least a two match ban, so would miss the game against United.
