Marnick Vermijl has signed for Sheffield Wednesday on a permanent basis today after joining United’s youth set up five years ago.
I’m really excited. This is a fantastic place to play your football and now I just want to pull on the shirt on play. We are nine points of the play-offs and there is everything to play for. I just want to get started. I had a good year in Holland and the Championship is also a very high standard. I am eager to learn and delighted to be playing for this club. Pace is my trademark, I like to get up and down, and I like to think I am good in the tackle too.
