Amad Diallo assisted a goal for Ivory Coast in their Olympic game against Saudi Arabia earlier today. After making a good run in to the box, he twisted and turned his way around several defenders before setting up Franck Kessie to put his country 2-1 up.

Manchester United’s Eric Bailly is also in the squad, as one of the three over-23 players allowed to represent the country at the Olympics. They will take on Brazil at the weekend before playing Germany in their final group stage game. Brazil beat Germany 4-2 today.

Didier Drogba sent Amad a message on social media earlier this week, saying: Proud of you Amad. You’re not only representing our country but the continent.
