I loved the blind pass for Welbeck.

Good to see Samaras score too. If you are a Greek that is. :P

Looked pretty sharp I must say, sort of finish you were used to seeing from his Spurs days, lets hope it's a sign of things to come!

Berbs would do well to cherish the praise he's getting atm, because when the season starts, he'll get all the blame when we lose a game.

Anyone else over here liked what they saw of Diouf? He looked a threat all night. Obertan was really fast and has good ball control but his passing is real poor, can be a really top player if he works on that side of his game. Smalling looked good apart from a couple of mistakes. If he can work hard on his concentration, he can be a top player like Rio. Fabio was lively as ever, if only he has better luck with injuries!

Yeah he is. He started well at City, but it never worked out for him. I think Celtic and the Scottish leage suit him more to be honest.

Great game. Berbatov was fantastic. Hope this will be his year !
Obertan was very good too, with a few more games he will
be the player to watch. Macheda with a great shot.
Let the season begin

I personally liked Tom Cleverley's goal right off Darron Odea's leg past that mercinary Pole . lol
I think you will find Samaras was in Greece's world cup squad and featured several times in there highly exciting games. lol.
I know this because when i was watching one game, I thought on watching him, I need to get some shampoo.

Yes he was. Seriously, I won't compare them because they are dfferent players with different backgrounds. Samaras isn't shit. He just wasn't made for the Premership.
