Where are all the fucking Ronaldo's slaggers now eh??? The United "fans" that's been slagging and swearing our very own boy Ronaldo from the last few weeks are all singing his praises and are in love with him now eh. More like them England fans cheering Rooney I guess. What a fuckin performance from that boy Ronaldo. Viva Ronaldo!

I knew it... ive gone on about Macheda to everyone all week.. i had a funny feeling and was right...

I wanna see this kid partner Wazza...

The minus point for today.... how poor were Nani & CR7??

Anyway forget the minus... that win today... pretty much gave us the 18 league titles in my opinion... that will be a massive blow to the bin dippers in my eyes... they thought they had it... then within 10 mins, top spot was painfull taken away from them ahahahahhahahahahahaha...

"We'll never die, We'll never die"...

yeah Sully, sometimes he needs a kick up the arse to get him going and by making a little error he kicked himself and got going.... if we had any doubts when he scored the equaliser the veins on his neck were in dangwer of bursting he was that keyed up ..... keep it up Ronnie

Ronaldo didn't deserve much praise until the 60th minute. Then,he woke up and did fantastic. So no,i am not singing his praises forgetting recent events.Just giving him his due when he deserves it.I hope he carries on like that on Tuesday.

ronaldo was a sloppy mess for parts of this game eg the second goal by villa but when the backs where to the walls after that then ronaldo put 100% in

nani isnt even worth typin about

thats what united need from ronaldo
and united got from him

this was a huge result for united

but it could be a fantastic time in the mindset of ronaldo

ronnie wasnt great at all, apart from the obvious quality of the goals. His effort was piss poor if he would have put a chase back in that second goal may never have happened. we played bad and won well which makes it so much better. Macheda was awesome Im o holdiday and watching it in a bar and a group of scousers we laughing as he came on, needless to say their noses were firmly rubbed in it

I have been very critical of Ronaldo, but when we really needed him today he delivered, that is why he is a champion.
We'll just have to live with his crappy side but the guy really stood up today when it counted.. as for Nani, what the hell has happened there?

Hate to say it but Nani will be gone in the summer. He just ain't cut it at United. Fletch was immense.

One objection about Nani tiny tears. He is not a left winger. The only good thing that he has from there is his shot. But he can't use his left and it takes him some time to set himself up for the cross.Against Blackburn he played as a right winger and he set up Rooney's goal.We have to see him on the right.

It is an ex-footballer devoid of life, it has curled up its tootsies and died, it has shuffled of this mortal coil, if its feet weren't nailed to the pitch it wouldn't even stand up -- yes, it's a Nani. Close the door behind you.

I was there today! the best feeling i've had for a long long time, however, i noticed how (sitting in the south stand) there was absolutely no songs and chants rebounding off the villa fans ! maybe i was sitting in the international section but there was a handful of supporters singing at any point, of course however, when the goals came flying in! Im from south africa and still know and sing all the chants! wouldn't it be great if there were groups of supporters who were allocated to bring the noise of the supporters from each section? It just seemed like they only started supporting United when they won! Comment?

We all know what an amazing talent Ronaldo is. Its the fact that he was not trying that most people got on his back for and in a sense they were right about it.
And look closely at what most commentors are actually saying: His two goals were class - proof indeed that if he puts his head into the game he is the greatest player on the planet, ahead of Messi even.
But this should not hide the fact that for large parts of the game he was uninterested.

And to all, please cut Nani some slack, his commitment is no better than that of Ronaldo, the difference is that one the greatest player on the planet and proves it in tangible actions whilst the other's confidence is shot. They obviously do not share the same mental fortitude.
I think it is my duty to make you all remember that tonight was Nani's 5th start of the season only. Even Tevez has been treated better.

@Failsworth Devil : how poor was CR7?

as poor as the TWO goals haha.

We all know that was not the best from him. We all just know it. But he just scored TWO goals! I can't find a word to describe it!

Can we just put on a cr7 jersy on that lad Nani and ship him off to Madrid?
What talent, but what performances! :(

cantona7-
that boy Ronaldo is probably the only guy on the planet who could have a bad game and still score a brace!
But still not his peak, but at least now he has got a start, let's see if he capitalises on this. but this is not his first brace this season, 5th infact. which suggests that he gets the goals in fits and then goes dry for long periods! just hope it's different this time around!

Anon--not just a bad game, but a bad season. But as Costas as pointed out numerous times, he has by no stretch of the imagination been rather poor by his standards this season, including length injuries, and yet he STILL leads the league in scoring. He frustrates the F out of me, and he occasionally his actions embarrass himself and the club, but the lad is fucking magic. And he will only get better. If he wants to leave, fine, but milk Madrid for not a cent less than 80 million.
