Javier Hernandez has added weight to our argument brought to the FA that he deserves a work permit to come to England to play for Manchester United, after scoring against Holland. Similarly to Park Ji-Sung back in 2005, Chicharito, as he is otherwise known, has not played in the required 75% of International games in the past two years, meaning we have to appeal to the FA. We have to prove that he is “an exceptional talent” who could not be recruited within the European Union for the similar £7m fee.
