Notice the Portsmouth players complaining when the whistle is blown, believing a freekick has been given against them for jumping in on Tomasz Kuszczak. Not a single Portsmouth player appeals for a penalty.
Fact is, if France had been knocked out of the World Cup because Robbie Keane handled in the lead up to the defining goal, Michel Platini would be working on introducing video refereeing to the game. As it is, we’re stuck with shit decisions like this, week in week out.
