What do we expect from Liverpool fans. Lest we forget they crushed their own at Hillsborough, at least we don't sing about it.

@ justin Lol @ dave in terms of ability, it would have to be adler hands down. Then again, neuer is younger and less injury prone. Adler's rib injury showed up before the world bus for the first time and it hasn't bothered him ever since, so he may not be another hargo in the making. Or so i hope

Neuer wont join us i think his first choice will be bayern if magath doesnt convince him to stay at schalke and for adler he would be a good choice and the plus for him is that he wants to play for us
Adler has a clause written in his contract that he can join us if we make a descent offer

Troy, you should know better and not post this, if we start to distort the truth we lose the moral argument.

@MyCow : yo man, did u guys brawl with any liverpool fans that night? Was Adam well behaved after polska vodka?

I guess the guys above have answered the rib question, thanks for that.

I hope Fergie makes the right decision.

On Hargo ,I thot he was back, cos he was in the hospital visit pics the team took. Right?

So they did it again the liver pools fans, damaging and attacking fans.

No one will be bothered, it will be all about the penalty. and how its ok if gerrard does a 2 footed challenge, who does Webb think he is sending off gerrard, someone please quickly educate the man.

@My Cow: will u be watching ex-liverpool steve mcmohan and others take out Berba tonight on "Monday night verdict" program.

Yikes ,just typing it makes me cringe.

And our own Paul Parker who is critical of United and apologetic as always, seems bit frightened of steve mcmohan.

How did the atmosphere sound round the rest of the ground, I'm in the stretford end so of course I don't get an idea of how it carries, sounded ok on the TV later but they always modulate the sound so thier commentators can be heard.

Sorry about my abreviation yesterday it was not intended to offend I have life long friends who are Manchester United through and through and I enjoy the witty banter and rivalry a lot more than I do with Evertonians. At the end of the day we all realise we have some supporters who let us all down sometimes. I am worried that our prevoius owners have spawned a generation of hatred that will be present than usual. As a football fan who would like to think I have some size brain between my ears and raised with respect all I can do is appologise and critisize unacceptable behaviour. I hope there is a law that would ban this fan for this behaviour.

JAYLFC Most of us would agree, I chant anti liverpool songs at games etc but some of the bile left here by both UTD and LFC fans goes to far but I doubt if any of their extreme views will be altered.

By the way, you really could go down!

Seriously come on people, YOU CANT BE THIS STUPID.

"Murderers" and Hillsborough songs and impressions of people being crushed are directed at Liverpool fans at every time we play each other (as RedMancundonian kindly pointed out), Liverpool fans sing "Munich" every time we play each other. It is a vicious circle and we are just as accountable as them. Why should this lad not sing 'Munich' when he has just heard or about to hear a song about Hillsborough? What makes one worse than the other? He may have had a relative die in that disaster who knows, what would you do?? It's a sad sad reflection of life but sorry people, our fans are just as bad as theirs

I sincerley hope not, a lot of thuggish LFC fans mostly linked with the Spirit of Shankly Was dreaming i they thought we could ever challange for the league this season a was happy just for some calm period which unfortuanly not happened due to the boo boys. I Know I will take stick for saying this on this website but I just hope we finish outside of Europe for one season so we can have a full pre season with a new manager and just start next season with just the League and domestic cups in mind. Realisticly then can we settle down after a few seasons to hopefully challange again.

To be honest, I think the whole 'Man U' thing is absolute nonsense. The fact it's used in a Munich chant means nothing in my opinion - if they referred to us as Utd in the song would we stop using that abbreviation?

If it was used with intent to offend or in a derogatory manor, then we would be right in taking offense, but it seems people are taking offense where none is intended. 'Man U' has been used by pundits, journalists and fans for years, nobody considered it an offensive term until a few Utd supporters decided it was - the more a point we make of it, the more it will grow as a derogatory term in the future (just my opinion, youz are entitled to your own too).

Some good comments on this thread from both sets of fans, some absolute shite at the same time too. There's no room for songs/taunts on Munich, Hillsborough, Heysel or any other tragedies. Arguing where responsibility lies is also disrespectful, let the authorities deal with it. As fans we should unite in mourning lost fans and players and respect each other enough to keep some issues off the table when it comes to winding each other up.

The thing to remember about Hillsborough lads, that could have easily been United in that semi final. We, like Liverpool, take big numbers to any ground, so that could have been our fans getting squashed, because of the inept Police couldn't do their fucking job properly. Both sets of fans need to wise up and stop all this mocking the dead, with vile songs. I hate Liverpool, because they're our most biggest rivals. I'm sure It's vice versa, but that shouldn't stop the banter between the two clubs, which can be brilliant and very funny at times.

I have to agree with JayLFC that the recent ownership troubles has created a radical element in our support which takes things too far (the stupid burning of American flags for example).

It is nice to see the responsibility fans have taken on here- Liverpudlians apologising, United fans acknowledging the vicious circle that exists amongst our more stupid fans.

Good of Troy to apologise for his comment too, although you shouldn't have said it in the first place, most men wouldn't be big enough to admit wrongdoing. Nice job, lad :)

That litte idiot should be banned from all football grounds, I don't give a shit if they let the Dumbass into Anfield but all other Grounds should ban him. Might make him use his clever little braincell in future. The guy to his left actually looks rather embarrassed. These Idiots were throwing broken seats and other missiles in our direction. They smashed East stand toilets and sinks. They should all be forced to shell out for the damage, take it out of their Giros. Utd Fans only have to Stand up at Away games and They cut our allocation. This is not banter its shear brainless Thugary.

The Football Association (FA) charged Liverpool's Ryan Babel with improper conduct on Monday for posting a mocked-up picture of referee Howard Webb on Twitter after a weekend FA Cup defeat by Manchester United.
The FA said in a statement that the Dutch forward had until January 13 to respond.
"The charge relates to comments and images published by the player on Twitter concerning referee Howard Webb," the ruling body added

What if that same incident happened in Liverpool favour? Would they be arguing and abusing then no didn't think so. Just shows that they can't take it. I hope they get relegated after what they done to our stadium and disrespecting us by chanting Munich. Scums can't take it that we are going to take them over and it will be 1000 miles long before they even win anything. Pathetic coming from a Liverpool fans who think kenny will bring them back to life when they rely on 3 players reina, gerrard and Torres can't wait when gerrard retires and the remaining two will leave what will happen then erm they will be declining and the worst thing is tthey are not evening attracting big name players hahaha. Just shows they are do desperate.

@RedMancundonian - grow up mate, as bad as that tool in the video. Seriously.

In order to be better you don't stoop to their level. We should never leave ourselves open to criticism from hypocrisy. There is never an excuse to taunt other teams about any disasters they've been involved with. We shouldn't sing it. And it should be part of our psyche of being better than them that we don't EVER base ourselves on being so classless. Try something similar in Italy with the Torino plane crash and you'd get fucking properly done in I'd imagine. If we are to be "better" we need to make sure we never subscribe to anything like the bile you just posted on here. Certainly not what I want to be reading, the Park song shows wit and ingenuity... that's just sick mate.

This game truly Toenails lower anything you really like regarding John Kirkman’s The Walking Dead; the strain, the atmosphere, your environment, the world, how the history should go. Only everything, the comic pictures. (The Walking Dead initially is really a comic book series should you didn’t know) Sadly, I never acquired the chance examine each of the publications. The story is great as well as their can be many surprises! Should obtain!
