Nick Powell scored his eighth goal of the season in Wigan’s 2-1 win over Reading away from home the day before yesterday.
David Moyes insists that Powell, as well as our other youngsters out on loan, has a future at the club.
“I am quite actively looking at our own boys like Jesse Lingard, Nick Powell and Ryan Tunnicliffe, the boys who are out on loan,” Moyes said. “We have got quite a few out, and they are the ones which I am making sure I keep my eye on because they are the future. They are part of the club, they have been through the system. We are certainly keeping our eyes on all of the boys who are out on loan.”
