I said to my friend that we'll have a great chance today because we'll have a ref who knows what the fuck they're doing. And to be fair, the ref did a job. He didn't give Essien the yellow for his first half challenge on Wazza, but then he did give one to him in the second half. Should have been off. Then Evra and Ramires clatter then Evra hacks him down once the ball is away. No call from either the ref or goal ref.

But playing Valenica as a RB was fan-fooking-tastic. Especially when he, Nani and Wazza combined on a couple of counterattacks.

Great result but have to wonder out loud , hope you're reading scott, but evra has been nothing like previous seasons. This is his worst season by farrr. His forward runs rarely have an effect like they did before. He's had great forward runs before like the cross for schools to beat city but I think he's no longer the best left back in the world
