Chicarito is really make his mark at Manchester Utd. If I'm not mistaken this the 3rd goal in 3 games he involved in. Hope more goals from him & the rest of the Utd player

Great goals, and also some really great defensive work considering we're still missing Rio. Goes without saying we're the best team in the Premier League right now, just need to turn that superiority into points.

It's encouraging to see Chelsea looking so wonky too. We look strong, they look weak and getting weaker.

1.John been a big hole again ,but it happen always, lucky that he didn't starting every game ,to be fair he had a great pass to Tony today.
2.Tony s style was very particle and usefull but nani had some magic touch Come on u two
3.Be the one of our four striker dimiti had his function just let him be Teddy
4.carrick was a very good player he had skill to hold vision to pass And defense better than fat slow non talent lampard far away but do the blind stubborn England manager knows?

chico was slipping allot on that wembley pitch, some say its a great pitch it did effect hernandes a bit when he tried too finish one shot and even slipping on his goal

That Hernandez lad is just pure class. Name me another striker who after slipping and completely missing his kick could react within less than a tenth of a second by adjusting his body to nose it in? He's gonna be a revelation.

Looked decent everywhere except when they had Evans at left back and Smalling in the middle - he does look nervous. The coaches will have to work on his game - but his first game on a big stage so maybe nerves.
That Chicarito though what a signing he will be - can just imagine - 5 minutes to go at Anfield and all tied and up pops this lad to nod in a winner.

Regarding the Chicharito goal, let's not forget he's not the only United player who can claim a self-assist, I think Scholes got one in Europe last season, played the ball into his own standing leg and in off. It's going to be the new big thing I can see it now.

I would have been ecstatic had Rio retired too. Instead of being called up to meaningless friendlies in the middle of the season, I'd rather he turns his back on international football and only focuses on Utd. It would be a bloody good decision, considering his age, his injury problems, and his chance to play in the last WC of his career has gone - unless he plays a part in the Euros, when he will be 33 - though I seriously doubt it, I think it's got to the stage where it seems like he can offer only one more year of performances at the highest level. His persisting injury problems will prevent him from playing well into his 30s, I believe. Though Rio being Rio, and him being current captain of the NT, there's no chance of seeing him do it, which frustrates me.

@willierednut, tbf their own players got plenty of stick too, Cashley and Tiny Terry were booed with every touch by Utd fans. Contrary to both cunts Rooney didn't let it affect his performance and put in an effort, while both cunts put in amateur displays, respectively.

Always nice to win the Shield, not a must but still.
Since it was Chelsea, I was particularly pleased. What a pathetic
organization. Still, Ivanovic and Sturrage looked to be able to
provide some class for them down the road.

United fans should give all of the boys
a ton of credit for their poise. My MOTM was VDS.
Scholes was beyond sublime when he settled, but could have
been carded or sent off early on for a really unnesessary midfield tackle.
So pleased that Chicharito scored, funny as heck at well.
Deep breath, think the lads could impress this season.
